




**PAYROLL ASSISTANT – TAX CONSULTING** **Tax Consulting** is seeking a **Payroll Assistant** to join our team. If you are passionate about administrative and accounting functions, this opportunity is for you. **Job Requirements** * Degree in: **Public Accounting, Business Administration**, or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in payroll. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and organizational skills. **Essential Knowledge** * Payroll processing using the **NOI system**. * Preparation of **payroll settlements, termination agreements, and severance payments**. * Employee **registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments** with the **IMSS**. * Calculation of **IMSS employer-employee contributions** and **INFONAVIT contributions** (monthly and bimonthly). * Calculation of **Work Risk Premium**. * Compilation of **personnel files**. * Drafting of **individual employment contracts**. * Calculation of **Income Tax (ISR)**, tax withholdings, and **Payroll Tax**. * Management of **REPSE**: registration, renewal, and reporting obligations. **We Offer** * **Salary: MXN $11,000 per month** (based on qualifications). * Statutory benefits. * Office hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.** * **One-hour lunch break**.
