Log analysis and fault diagnosis. Knowledge of databases (SQL) and operating systems (Windows/Linux). Familiarity with protocols and services (HTTP, TCP/IP). Proficiency with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in application monitoring, incident analysis, and team coordination. * Experience in technical support and 24/7 operations environments. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Task organization and prioritization. **Others:** * Availability for rotating shifts or on-call duties (if applicable). * Technical English (reading and writing).
