This role provides expert technical guidance to internal teams and customers while ensuring proper product integration and operational excellence. Responsibilities * Provide advanced technical support for HVACR products during pre\-sales and post\-sales processes * Guide technical service teams while working with minimal supervision * Support customers with commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance services * Ensure proper application of product portfolio according to customer needs * Assist customers in setup, configuration, and operation of products * Deliver technical training to sales teams and customers on product features, usage, and applications * Develop customer\-specific programming and parameter settings for customized applications when required * Offer technical mentorship and support to junior team members * Maintain high standards of customer service and technical excellence Requisitos: Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum of 8 years of related HVACR technical experience * Strong customer service skills * Advanced mathematical and mechanical knowledge * Expert understanding of equipment calculations and system integration * Knowledge of custom control programming may be required * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
