Focuses on compliance and customer service Control Desk Analyst At Zitro, we are looking for committed and organized talent to join our team as a Control Desk Analyst. Job Objective Ensure proper handling and monitoring of daily orders through appropriate inventory administration and operational tracking, guaranteeing adherence to the loading plan and efficient customer service. Work Schedules (rotated monthly) Shift 1: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Days off: Saturday and Sunday Shift 2: Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Days off: Sunday and Monday Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree Experience: 1–2 years in similar roles (Control Desk, Inventory, Logistics) Main Responsibilities * Order Management: Receive and track scheduled orders (PT, SR, and OS), ensuring correct dispatch and timely delivery. * System-based Inventory Control: Record and validate product outbound movements from warehouse. * Report Generation: Prepare daily operational and tracking reports.
