Join us, and get better with every move. **Ayvens Mexico is seeking an Account Support professional who will provide administrative support to ensure** **efficient management of customer accounts.** **Job Summary** * Provide operational and administrative support to KAMs, ensuring proper execution of processes related to fleet management, contracts, and customer service. * Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments, managing operational requests, contract tracking, incident resolution, and ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide operational and documentation support to KAMs in customer administration and service. * Respond to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring efficient response times (within SLA). * Track operational incidents such as maintenance, insurance, accidents, traffic fine management, etc. * Perform administrative adjustments and updates in internal systems (Salesforce and Aldavar). * Generate and manage contractual documentation (onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and contract amendments). * Monitor contract and credit line expirations, ensuring timely renewals. * Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, insurance, remarketing, collections, billing, etc.) to ensure proper fleet operations. * Update customer, fleet, and contact databases in CRM. * Manage quotations for new vehicles and contract modifications, ensuring issuance within no more than 48 hours. * Support preparation of business presentations and fleet data analysis. **Knowledge required:** * **Academic background:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing or related field. * English desirable. * **Work experience:** +1 year in commercial support, customer service or administration within the automotive industry or *fleet management*. * Experience handling contractual documentation and operational leasing processes. **Key Competences:** * Effective communication and ability to work in a team. * Organization and time management. * Attention to detail and information accuracy. * Service orientation and problem-solving skills. * Ability to meet deadlines and follow processes. **Why Ayvens?** With over 3\.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full\-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi\-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
