You will be the engine keeping national operations connected by managing the lifecycle of voice and data lines and equipment. **Your main responsibilities:** **Incident Management:** Responding to line failures, theft reports, and equipment recovery. **Asset Lifecycle Management:** Provisioning, allocation, and renewal of mobile devices and modems. **Control and Documentation:** Rigorous ticket logging and preparation of monthly efficiency reports. **Remote Support:** Addressing requests across the entire Mexican Republic. What are we looking for in you? **Proven experience:** In Service Desk / Help Desk environments with SLA compliance (resolution targets). **Technical Proficiency:** Knowledge of mobile line management, SIMs, and devices (iOS/Android/Modems). **Location:** Residing near the Santa Fe area (Cuajimalpa or Álvaro Obregón, CDMX) — mandatory requirement, non-negotiable. **Soft Skills:** Exceptional organization, customer focus, and analytical ability to assess contingencies.
