**Job Description** We are looking for a responsible individual with a focus on quality and process compliance to operate plastic injection machines according to established production standards. Your primary objective will be to ensure the manufacturing of parts with required quality and maintain efficient and safe operations. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare the injection machine before starting production (basic adjustments, calibration, and mold inspection). * Operate the machine by injecting parts according to production orders and technical specifications. * Visually and dimensionally inspect injected parts to ensure compliance with quality criteria. * Record manufactured parts, cycle times, downtime, and waste generated in forms or systems. * Report any process anomalies, mold failures, or raw material defects to the supervisor. * Meet assigned daily production plans and targets. * Keep the work area and injection machine clean, organized, and safe. * Assist in mold changes and basic process parameter adjustments. * Comply with industrial safety regulations, mandatory use of PPE, and established procedures. * Participate in raw material and work-in-process inventory when required. **Position Requirements** * **Education:** High school or equivalent (desirable). * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year as an injection operator, production assistant, or similar roles (desirable). * **Basic knowledge:** * Operation of injection machinery. * Identification of visual defects. * Use of basic tools and mold changes (desirable). * **Skills:** Attention to detail, responsibility, organization, teamwork. **We Offer** * Job stability. * Professional and collaborative work environment. **Employment Type** Full-time. **Work Location** Iztapalapa. **Important:** This job posting complies with the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination.
