**At Adhetec, we are hiring:** **Position**: Technical Advisor (or Commercial Technician specialized in technical advisory for construction products) **Location**: Tepeaca Plant, Puebla – Km 1.5 Tepeaca-Tecali Highway **Job Objective**: Provide specialized technical advisory, training, and support to customers, distributors, and applicators regarding the company’s ceramic adhesives, stuccos, mortars, and construction systems, ensuring correct usage, specification, and brand positioning within the region. Key Responsibilities * Conduct site visits to distributors and customers for technical advisory on products (adhesives, grouts, mortars, etc.). * Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations. * Prepare technical reports, training evaluation questionnaires, and supporting materials for advisory activities. * Support the sales/commercial team with field activations and on-site technical assistance. * Perform field or laboratory product testing as required by the R&D Manager. * Verify and validate customer complaints; coordinate with Quality/SGC when necessary. * Maintain activity records, compliance with technical advisory performance indicators, and customer follow-up. * Adhere to brand standards regarding appearance, uniform, and professional attitude toward customers/sites. Requirements * Minimum education: Technical Superior University Degree (TSU), Bachelor of Pharmacy (QFB), Industrial Chemistry (IQI), Chemistry (IQ), Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum experience: 2 years in technical advisory, specification, application, or commercial technician roles within the construction industry (adhesives, stuccos, mortars, etc.). * Solid knowledge of construction materials, construction processes, adhesive application, and coating systems. * Strong communication skills, ability to deliver training, and experience working with customers. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region. * Personal vehicle or ability to operate a standard vehicle, valid driver’s license.
