If you are passionate about **talent acquisition**, this opportunity is for you. ***Talent Management Technical Operator*** *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct end-to-end attraction and selection processes for operational, administrative, and specialized positions, ensuring timely and effective vacancy coverage. * Conduct candidate interviews. * Administer and perform basic interpretation of psychometric tests. * Request professional and personal references. * Monitor the hiring process. * Maintain and update personnel files. * Support HR administrative activities (e.g., report generation, medical certificate management, etc.) *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology** (degree certificate and professional license). * Age: 25–30 years. * Minimum **2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. * Experience administering and interpreting psychometric tests. *Personal Profile:* * Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality. * Proactive, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving. * Committed to personal professional development and company growth. *Location:* Mérida, Yuc.
