We are a growing private security company offering various services in CDMX, State of Mexico, and León, Guanajuato **Position: Risk Analyst** Responsibilities: * Identify, analyze, and assess areas of opportunity across different services. * Design and propose strategies for continuous improvement. * On-site training according to the specific directives of each service. * Development of protocols and procedures in accordance with operational manuals. * Identification of needs. Requirements: * Minimum education: high school diploma. * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security, or related field (recent graduate). * Experience in private security, preferably in roles such as Service Manager, Analyst, or Supervisor. * Analytical skills and ability to interpret data. * Class A driver’s license. * 80% fieldwork.
