We're addressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society. **Position Summary** -------------------------- Responsible for producing the maximum possible quantity of masterbatches while meeting established quality requirements, minimizing waste, rework, and holdbacks, with top priority placed on personnel and equipment integrity. **Responsibilities** --------------------- General * Request and verify delivery of required raw materials for masterbatch manufacturing by issuing a batch ingredient verification report and returning all surplus raw materials. * Manufacture quality products based on established specifications for each process. * Monitor behavior of variables defined in product specifications. * Correctly identify all raw materials, production surplus, rework material, and finished products. * Deliver all waste materials according to established criteria for each material type. * Physically deliver finished products meeting established quality criteria—both product and packaging—to the finished goods forklift operator. * Record process conditions or variables and submit production reports upon completion of a product run or shift. * Comply with safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) within operational areas to maintain company-established safety conditions. * Prioritize personal safety in any activity required for the position. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
