**Elite S.A DE C.V is seeking an Operations Manager in Mérida, Yucatán** ----------------------------------------------------------------- DUE TO GROWTH, WE ARE SEEKING: **BRANCH MANAGER / SECURITY WITH EXPERIENCE\- MERIDA !** Requirements: * Experience in a similar position (Mandatory in the security industry). * Knowledge of regulatory processes (preferably related to cash-in-transit, asset protection, and personnel protection). * Knowledge of route planning and operational process management. * Discharged military ID card. Responsibilities: * Supervise the activities of various department heads and supervisors under your supervision, ensuring compliance with established procedures in each area. * Ensure that branch operational processes are carried out in accordance with current regulations and quality standards. * Coordinate with human resources and material resources to secure all necessary elements for each operation, ensuring their availability and proper functioning. * Ensure compliance with security regulations across all operations, minimizing risks and responding effectively to emergency situations. * Supervise proper management of branch finances, including income and expense controls, and adherence to administrative policies. * Monitor and continuously improve internal branch processes to maximize efficiency and reduce errors. * Address, manage, and resolve any customer incidents or requests, guaranteeing high-quality service. * Ensure proper custody and usage of tools, uniforms, and supplies. * Coordinate procurement and supply of materials required for operations.
