Join a strong team at one of the most important shopping centers in the area. **Location:** Outlet Rivera Maya (M1 of SM 47 Km 21 Cancún \- Puerto Morelos Highway, 77564 Cancún, Q.R.) **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **Salary:** $12,000 gross monthly. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits \+ enhanced benefits (30 days, exceeding statutory requirements; grocery vouchers; restaurant vouchers; life insurance; 35% vacation bonus; savings fund; and many more) * **Growth:** Career plan and professional development. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** A general support role to maintain our facilities at 100%: * **Painting and finishing:** Repairs, touch-ups, and detailed wall work. * **Basic plumbing:** Replacing faucets, unclogging drains, and leak inspections. * **Technical support:** Assisting electricians and HVAC technicians with their tasks. * **Technical cleaning:** Keeping machinery areas and workshops organized. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** * **Education:** Completed junior high school or recently graduated technicians/engineers (in maintenance or related fields). * **Attitude:** Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork orientation. * **Availability:** Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts: morning shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and night shift from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM), with one weekly day off. **WE WANT TO MEET YOU!** Apply through this channel to begin your selection process.
