We are a company dedicated to selling products across various categories, including cosmetics, household items, tools, technology, etc., through major marketplaces, serving the entire Mexican Republic. **URGENT HIRING!** **Customer Service Advisor for Mercado Libre / Amazon** **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma (verifiable) * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service roles, preferably delivered via online portals or marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart Online, etc.). *If you worked for a distributor and provided customer service through an official website, that experience qualifies.* * Customer service experience, strong spelling skills, and excellent attitude. **Responsibilities:** * Providing assistance to customers who purchase through our online store or any of our marketplace accounts. Customer contact occurs via chat, phone, or email — answering questions, following up on orders, etc. * Handling complaints or claims from dissatisfied customers; negotiating optimal resolution alternatives for both parties involved. **Work Location:** ATOTO, NAUCALPAN DE JUÁREZ, STATE OF MEXICO Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 to $12,000 MXN per month (gross). * Punctuality and attendance bonus in addition to base salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability / Permanent position. * Direct employment with the company — 100% on payroll. ***Interested candidates, please apply through this channel.
