Leading Construction Industry Company Seeking a Construction Control Auditor Requirements \- Education (Completed Architecture or Civil Engineering degree) Construction management. Unit price analysis, quantity take-offs, and volume calculations for construction work. Knowledge of labor productivity, equipment performance, etc. Human resource and material scheduling according to the construction schedule. Knowledge of statistics, data processing, and interpretation. Experience (Minimum 5 years) Responsibilities \- Construction supervision (Civil works, concrete structures, slope stabilization, masonry) \- PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION MINUTES \- PREPARATION AND SUPPORT FOR WEEKLY REPORT PRESENTATIONS \- PREPARATION OF WORK ORDERS (DEFINING SCOPE) \- PREPARATION AND REVIEW OF SUBCONTRACTOR REPORTS AND ESTIMATES \- MATERIAL REQUISITIONS (GP) \- MATERIAL CHANGE ORDERS (GP) (INTERNAL ORDERS) \- BUDGETS FOR CLIENT CHANGE ORDERS. DEPENDING ON THE TYPE AND COMPLEXITY OF THE CHANGE ORDER, SUPPORT FROM THE BUDGETING DEPARTMENT MAY BE REQUIRED OR THE CONSTRUCTION CONTROL AUDITOR MAY PREPARE THEM. \- SUBMISSION OF ESTIMATES TO THE CLIENT AND FOLLOW-UP ON AUTHORIZATION \- ACCOUNT STATUS AND PAYMENT CONTROL WITH THE CLIENT \- MONITORING OF THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE AND "S" CURVE \- IDENTIFICATION OF WORK PERFORMED OUTSIDE THE BUDGET, DOCUMENTATION, AND PREPARATION OF CLIENT CHANGE ORDERS.
