BARTENDER Job Objective: To prepare basic cocktails and ensure compliance with company standards, maintaining high values in service and hygiene. Requirements: * Current residence within one hour of the airport * Availability to work flexible hours * 1 year of experience * Bar experience * Experience conducting inventories * Availability for rotating shifts The following responsibilities are expected: * Preparation of beverages and basic cocktails * Customer service * Ensuring inventories, costs, and budgets comply with the annual plan. * Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations * Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and control of restaurant fixed assets. ROTATING SHIFT: 5 AM–1 PM \- 1 PM–9 PM, rotating weekly.
