Report anomalies and comply with hygiene and safety standards. **Cleaning Assistant (Restaurant)** **Job Objective** Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order across all restaurant areas (kitchen, dining area, and restrooms), adhering to quality and food safety standards to provide customers with a safe and pleasant experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform continuous cleaning of common areas (dining area, entrances, bar, restrooms). * Maintain optimal hygiene conditions in the kitchen and food preparation areas. * Wash utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment as required. * Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to sanitary regulations. * Restock cleaning supplies and hygiene items (paper towels, soap, etc.). * Assist with deep cleaning before, during, and after service. * Keep floors dry and free of hazards to prevent accidents. * Report any anomalies, pest issues, or maintenance needs. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed elementary or junior high school (preferred). **Experience:** * 6 months to 1 year of cleaning experience, preferably in restaurants, kitchens, or the food industry. **Knowledge:** * Familiarity with cleaning products. * Good hygiene and food safety practices (desirable). * Basic waste handling knowledge.
