Leadership and management of operational staff An automotive and industrial company is seeking a **Workshop Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring compliance with processes, delivery timelines, quality standards, and staff performance. **Position Objective**: To supervise and manage processes and activities across various workshop areas, tracking vehicle receipt and delivery, and collaborating with administrative staff to ensure efficient employee performance and achievement of goals and KPIs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving and delivering vehicles, validating customer requirements. * Preparing and tracking service orders. * Coordinating among departments to ensure proper workflow for each vehicle. * Supervising order, cleanliness, and control of tools and inventory. * Monitoring quality processes and vehicle release. * Supervising operational staff and resolving incidents. * Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). * Reporting anomalies and providing operational updates to direct supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, and/or Automotive Industrial Conversion or Design. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising workshops or operational areas. * Experience managing staff and leadership. * Knowledge of and experience tracking KPIs. * Intermediate Excel skills, reporting, and area control. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $18,000 net per month (tax-free, 100% social security coverage) * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch. * Job stability and growth opportunities. **Interested candidates should apply through this channel and attach an updated CV — Your opportunity to lead starts TODAY!** Salary: $18,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Higher Technician program (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
