Job Summary: Responsible and organized Warehouse Manager tasked with managing material control and inventory to ensure traceability and proper safeguarding of technical equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Manages material control, inventory management, and traceability. 2. Supervises warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. 3. Collaborates with technical and administrative departments to align inventory. Responsible and organized Warehouse Manager responsible for managing material control and inventory. **Main Responsibilities** * Register and control material inflows and outflows, verifying documentation and ensuring traceability at all times. * Manage technical and consumable inventories through cyclic counts and minimum/maximum level management to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Coordinate preparation and delivery of materials to field projects, including installation kits and scheduling deliveries according to project timelines. * Supervise warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety conditions to ensure proper safeguarding of technical equipment. * Manage supplier material receipt by verifying quantities, quality, condition, and compliance against purchase orders. * Collaborate with technical and administrative departments to align inventory with operational needs and coordinate replenishments. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (warehouse, logistics, or inventory). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (tables, filters, formulas). * Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP systems.
