Description

We are a growing chain of restaurants and supermarkets focused on healthy food. We are currently seeking to hire a Warehouse Manager with experience in operations, inventory control, and personnel supervision, capable of ensuring proper supply chain management and operational efficiency of the warehouse. Position Objective Ensure efficient control, safeguarding, and distribution of supplies and merchandise while maintaining inventory integrity, proper product rotation, and compliance with company operational standards. Responsibilities * Supervise receipt, inspection, and validation of goods from suppliers * Control and record inventory inflows, outflows, and movements * Coordinate product transfers between branches * Plan and supervise internal orders, as well as picking and packing processes * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper organization * Guarantee correct implementation of the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method * Conduct periodic physical inventories and cycle counts * Identify and follow up on shrinkage, discrepancies, and operational incidents * Coordinate and supervise the warehouse operations team * Monitor inventory-related KPIs, including turnover, stock availability, and shrinkage * Maintain effective communication with various operational and administrative departments Requirements * Completed or incomplete high school diploma * Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Manager in the restaurant industry * Experience in food and beverage inventory control * Knowledge of and experience applying the FIFO method * Experience supervising operational staff * Availability to work rotating shifts * Basic Excel and administrative control skills * Organizational skills, leadership, and results orientation * Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure We Offer * Tax-free monthly salary: $9,577 * Tips distributed under a shared pool system * Statutory benefits from day one * Initial training and ongoing operational support * Opportunities for internal growth and development * Performance-based salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Complimentary beverages during shift * Employee discounts * Additional maternity and paternity leave days beyond statutory requirements * Employee referral program * Complimentary uniform Application Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send a WhatsApp message to 56 1027 5883 to begin the selection process.
