We are seeking someone proficient in inventory processes, logistics, and organization of equipment and tool warehouses for construction, with a strong focus on orderliness and process tracking. **What will you do in this position?** **1\. Receiving and material control:** * Physically receive materials and compare them against invoices/purchase orders. * Rearrange the general warehouse. * Record incoming items in the system and Excel. * Arrange materials according to assigned project or job site. **2\. Material preparation and dispatch:** * Assemble orders by job site and prepare units for delivery. * Verify stock levels, record models and serial numbers. * Coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries together with the purchasing team and drivers. **3\. Tool check-in / check-out:** * Issue tools using a checklist. * Validate physical condition upon receipt. * Record movements and report malfunctions. **4\. Inventory control:** * Maintain up-to-date records in Excel. * Report restocking needs or write-offs. * Keep documentation organized and readily accessible. **5\. Operational coordination:** * Organize and prepare loads the day before. * Identify causes of delays and communicate them promptly. * Maintain constant contact with Purchasing, Site Supervisors, and Drivers. **6\. Support for the purchasing team** * Assist in tracking quotations. * Receive suppliers. **What we seek in you:** * High school diploma, technical certification, or completed or incomplete degree (logistics, administration, engineering, or related field). * Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience (ideally in construction). * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment. * Valid driver’s license and standard driving skills. * A **highly organized**, reliable, responsible individual with attention to detail. **We offer:** * Monthly salary: $15,000 – $15,500 (based on experience). * Indefinite-term employment contract (30-day probation period). * Job stability with an established company. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
