**Grupo Vizion comprises several brands (WALDOS, WALDOS EXPRESS, WALDOS MOTO, WALDOS MODA, ELECZION, among others), focused on meeting customer needs and maintaining the lowest market prices nationwide.** **We are seeking your talent as: BRANCH SUBMANAGER** REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Branch Submanager or Manager in the retail sector (**e.g., self-service stores, supermarkets, well-known grocery stores, etc.**) \- Flexible schedule availability (WEEKLY ROTATING SHIFTS from 8 a.m.\-5 p.m. and from 12 p.m.\-9 p.m.) \- Desired education level: **Completed high school diploma** \- Willingness to transfer between branches within the region RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Managing the point-of-sale (POS) system when the Branch Manager is not present \- Achieving sales targets (work plans and sales monitoring) \- Conducting cyclical inventory counts and loss control \- Managing performance indicators: visual merchandising/planograms/layouts, store image, average transaction value, conversion rate, units per transaction (UPT), and average price \- Cash handling and daily closing procedures (invoices, change, cancellations, cash audits, and cash drops) \- Product arrangement, labeling, restocking, and receiving \- Personnel management (task assignment, attendance lists, shift and break schedules) \- Interviewing and training new hires \- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures Interested candidates should call or send a WhatsApp message—including their CV or job application—to: **5568683041** Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
