**KALTE LOGISTIK** **Hiring: RECEIVING ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Completed or incomplete high school education. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Rotating Shifts: SHIFT 1: 08:00 to 20:00 hrs. SHIFT 2: 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. SHIFT 3: 20:00 to 08:00 hrs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure unloading of vehicles according to previously scheduled appointments in the receiving portal. * Receive pharmaceutical products and medical supplies per purchase orders and delivery notes. * Verify quantities, packaging condition, batch number, expiration date, and physical condition of products. * Assist in receiving rejected materials and/or returns. * Assist in transferring materials to identification and/or inspection lines. * Assist in proper inspection of incoming materials to identify items unsuitable for distribution per the defective items catalog. * Collaborate in correct identification, labeling, and temporary placement of products in quarantine or authorized storage areas. * File and safeguard supporting documentation (invoices, delivery notes, control reports, etc.). * Support operations departments as required, provided no receiving duties are pending. **WE OFFER:** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * 3% savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings box. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Night shift bonus. * Complimentary uniforms. * Life insurance.
