Ensure quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards **Position at Dutti Foods SA de CV – Airport Plant** **Dutti Foods, a leading company in the production and distribution of frozen Asian foods, is seeking a Supervisor:** **Production Supervisor for our pasta plant / Airport Zone** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (certified graduate) in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in the food industry. * Residence in the eastern zone of Mexico City. **Work Location: Mexico City Airport – Venustiano Carranza** **We Offer:** * $16,000 MXN monthly * Statutory benefits **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- certified graduate **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Food Production **Activities:** Plan production for a process line. Personnel management: 10 people Plan and schedule inputs and raw materials according to the production calendar. Receive raw materials, inputs, and packaging materials; inspect, examine, and provide instructions on storage location. Ship finished products; inspect, examine, and ensure compliance with established standards. Organize personnel across departments to meet the production calendar. Train personnel. Conduct daily operational follow-up at the plant. Supervise quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. **Job Responsibilities** * Monitor that the area maintains optimal conditions regarding personnel, tools, and equipment. * Guarantee shipment of finished products in compliance with established standards.
