As well as perform various activities within the production area, which are mentioned below FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Arrive and attend the startup morning meeting, as well as the safety meeting. Validate machine cleaning and perform TPM inspection according to the checklist in Parsable. Promptly report any deviations, anomalies, or malfunctions in the process or machinery to the Supervisor and/or Maintenance Technician; likewise, perform calibration and adjustments of machinery or packaging machines when necessary. Perform bagging operations on line 1 and 2. Perform stacking of bags onto pallets. Perform bag labeling according to product and batch sequence. Weigh finished product material and document it in Parsable using form FGP\-001. Take samples for quality control. Perform palletizing tasks according to internal customer requirements. Perform operational cleaning levels 1, 2, and 3. \*If acting as Team Leader, support completion of required activities as well as participation in workshop meetings. Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Support in physical inventories of packaging or bags. Receive and register raw material tanker deliveries according to schedule. Identify supersacks when full and request forklift operator to remove them.
