The position targets candidates with leadership, organizational, and process-monitoring skills; knowledge of graphic arts is desirable but not mandatory. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff (printing, finishing, carpentry) * Assign workloads and monitor production orders * Ensure on-time delivery * Supervise the quality of finished products * Control the use of materials and supplies * Monitor operational incidents * Maintain communication with internal departments **Requirements:** * 1 to 1 year of experience supervising operational staff * Experience in production environments * Leadership and management of work teams * Results-oriented approach and problem-solving * Flexible working hours **Desirable (not mandatory):** * Knowledge of graphic production, printing, or related processes **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$12,000 to $14,000** (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Career development opportunities * Job stability **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Flexible working hours **Work Location:** Industrial Xhala, Cuautitlán Izcalli Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
