We are hiring Full-Time Sales Floor Staff in Querétaro. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Ages 21 to 45. \* Attitude and passion for customer service. \* 45 hours per week (7.5 hours per day). \* One weekday day off. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Customer service \* Delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor. \* Assisting with receiving, stocking, restocking, and organizing merchandise in the store. \* Cleaning work areas and shared store spaces. \* IN-STORE MULTIFUNCTIONALITY **WE OFFER:** \* Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (IMSS coverage from Day 1). \* 40% vacation bonus and 20 days’ year-end bonus. \* 25% employee discount across the entire store. \* Excellent work environment and camaraderie. \* 2% monthly savings fund based on your monthly salary ($180–$190 MXN monthly). \* 2% monthly food vouchers based on your monthly salary, effective starting Month 3 ($180–$190\* MXN monthly). \* 25% Sunday premium pay for hours worked on Sundays. \* Savings account \* Weekly payroll **Shift is full-time (45 HRS PER WEEK), with availability to rotate shifts Monday through Sunday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM (opening shift) and 2:00 PM–9:30 PM (closing shift), including one weekday day off.** The monthly gross salary offered is $9,750 MXN.
