Focus on patient safety and achievement of international standards Hospital Lomas Providencia seeks a professional responsible for delivering comprehensive and timely patient care, implementing nursing interventions per clinical protocols and quality standards, collaborating with the medical team, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to the efficient operation of hospital services. **Available Shift:** Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM ***2 DAYS OFF*** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience (may include professional internships and social service). * Professional degree and license as a Nursing Technician or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or proof of graduation pending licensure. * If still completing studies, completion of social service is mandatory. **Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive and high-quality patient care from admission through postoperative recovery. * Support attending physicians during the patient’s hospital stay. * Adhere to International Patient Safety Goals. * Receive, assess, and triage patients. * Perform wound dressings and basic nursing procedures. * Verify and supervise proper medication administration, including high-risk medications. * Provide care across various departments: inpatient units, nurseries, and operating rooms. **We Offer:** * Attendance bonus * Punctuality bonus * Productivity bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,618.00 - $12,599.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Savings fund * Free parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
