Support for hotel renovations and infrastructure improvements ***HOTEL EL EJECUTIVO IS SEEKING*** **MAINTENANCE OPERATOR** Job Objective Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and areas, guaranteeing optimal conditions of safety, comfort, and service for guests and staff. Duties and Responsibilities * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on hotel facilities. * Repair failures in **electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic equipment**. * Respond to **maintenance reports** generated by reception, housekeeping, or guests. * Inspect the operation of **air conditioning units, lighting, pumps, water heaters, and hydraulic systems**. * Assist with **hotel renovations or infrastructure improvements**. * Maintain tools and work equipment in good condition. * Comply with **safety and hygiene standards** in the workplace. * Report anomalies or major damages to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Assist in the installation of equipment or furniture when required. * Maintain basic records of **materials and spare parts used**. Education * Completed secondary education; **technical degree OR ENGINEERING degree in maintenance, electricity, electromechanics, or related field** (preferred). Experience * **1 to 2 years** of general maintenance experience. * Preferable experience in **hotels, hospitals, office buildings, or shopping centers**.
