Some responsibilities include: - Cleaning and disinfecting fruits and vegetables. - Receiving supplies and organizing them according to product type. - Assisting with cleaning in the kitchen area. - Assisting in food preparation (simple tasks such as cutting lettuce and other leafy greens, portioning proteins, blending sauces, labeling prepared items). - Storing raw materials and prepared items using the FIFO method.
