**Mi Tienda del Ahorro is seeking a Grocery Department Manager in Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of the grocery department, guaranteeing supply, display, stock rotation, inventory management, and achievement of performance indicators, while delivering an excellent shopping experience to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise daily operations of the grocery area. Coordinate and manage assigned personnel. Ensure proper placement, display, and restocking of merchandise. Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock control. Supervise merchandise receiving and compliance with operational procedures. Track sales, productivity, and service indicators. Implement strategies to achieve commercial objectives. Guarantee cleanliness, order, and adherence to operational standards. **Requirements:** Previous experience managing personnel and operating self-service stores or retail establishments. Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. Flexible availability for work schedule.
