Field Data Collection Systems Support – Application Functionality and Usability** * Provide first-level technical and operational support to end users (in-person, phone, or electronic). * Support the use of applications such as fruit receipts, harvest, indirect expenses, and product quality (PQ). * Resolve basic system, application, and device issues. * Ensure appropriate use and operation of customized and commercial systems. **2\. Compliance and Training** * Ensure applications and equipment are used in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Deliver training to end users in field and office environments (individual and group sessions). * Reinforce correct system usage and data capture standards. * Promote system adoption and adherence to established processes. **3\. Hardware and Software Maintenance** * Configure and install applications on mobile devices and desktop computers. * Install firmware and software updates. * Provide basic support for device configuration and maintenance. **4\.
