Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and numerically skilled Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to support the receipt, verification, and digital management of goods within our operations team. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will receive and verify the goods, cross-checking them against the invoices. 2. You will analyze documentation and perform digital invoice management. 3. You will monitor and record outgoing goods movements and transfers. **Warehouse Data Entry Clerk \- Casa Lupita** At **Casa Lupita**, we are looking for an organized individual with excellent attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude to join our operations team as a **Warehouse Data Entry Clerk**. **What will you do daily?** * **Receiving and Verification:** You will receive suppliers and physically verify that the unloaded goods match the invoices in full. * **Documentation Analysis:** You will identify and apply deductions or bonuses as appropriate for each delivery. * **Digital Management:** You will scan and upload invoices to our internal system promptly. * **Movement Control:** You will record and mark outgoing goods transfers from the central warehouse to our various branches. **Candidate Profile Requirements** * **Numerical Skill:** Ability to perform quick calculations and detect discrepancies in invoices. * **Attention to Detail:** Essential to prevent errors in data entry and goods receipt. * **Proficiency in Digital Tools:** Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn inventory management systems. * **Experience:** Prior experience in warehouses, inventory, or similar administrative roles is preferred. * **Attitude:** A responsible, honest individual with a positive disposition for interacting with suppliers. **Location and Schedule** * **Workplace:** CEDIS located in **Casas de Altos, Zona Juárez, Zamora, Michoacán.** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, **8:00 AM to 4:00 PM**. * **Day Off:** Fixed Sundays. **What We Offer?** * **Salary: $2205 \+ weekly bonus of $195\.** * Statutory benefits. * Free psychological and nutritional counseling. * Additional maternity/paternity leave beyond statutory requirements. * Birthday leave.
