Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and well-presented individual to greet customers, assist at the cash register, and ensure a positive experience at our new breakfast and brunch restaurant. We seek a friendly, organized, and well-presented individual to greet our customers and assist at the cash register. You will be one of the main faces of our new breakfast \& brunch restaurant in northern Mérida. **Some Responsibilities:** * Customer greeting * Managing the waiting list * Processing payments and closing accounts * Operating the POS terminal and handling cash * Answering phone calls and managing reservations **Experience** Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants, cafés, or similar establishments in cashier roles. **Morning Availability** Ability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Exceptional Customer Service** Verify customer satisfaction during service and follow up on their needs. **Process Knowledge** Knowledge of cash drawer reconciliation, opening, cutting, and closing procedures. Proficiency with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) software. Handling of delivery orders and takeout orders within the restaurant.
