Río San Joaquín, Polanco, CDMX (10 minutes from San Joaquín metro station). **Job Description:** We are looking for a Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, facilities, and systems, ensuring their proper operation and operational continuity. **Requirements:** * Completed junior high school and high school * Technical certifications * Flexible availability for working hours * Minimum 2 \- 3 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using tools * Service-oriented attitude **Desirable knowledge in:** * Electricity * Plumbing * Finishing work * Painting * Electromechanics * Swimming pools **Responsibilities:** * Inspection of equipment and facilities * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic failures * Maintain records of completed work and failure reports * Comply with safety procedures and internal regulations * Support equipment and infrastructure improvements and optimization * Coordinate with other departments when necessary **Benefits:** * Social security * Year-end bonus * Vacation days * Vacation premium * Monthly net salary **Schedule:** * 10:00 PM \- 7:00 AM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Additional benefits: * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
