Position Summary: We are seeking a support technician with experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and configuring equipment, networks, and systems, providing user assistance and support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users, both on-site and remote. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 3. Installation and configuration of hardware, software, and networks. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of technical support, networking, and equipment maintenance. * Basic proficiency in LAN/WAN networks and configuration of computing devices. * Strong interpersonal and user support skills. * Responsible with a service-oriented attitude. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and configuration of hardware, software, and computer equipment. * Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues in equipment, networks, and systems. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Technical support for users, both on-site and remotely. * Administration of user accounts and internal access permissions. * Basic monitoring of networks and servers. * Application of system updates and data backups. * Assistance in installation and configuration of LAN/Wi-Fi networks. * Equipment inventory control and technical documentation management. * Coordination with vendors when external support is required. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
