Job Summary: Maintain and optimize computer systems and equipment, telephony, CCTV, and networks, ensuring information security and proposing technological improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and follow-up during acquisition of new technologies. **Mission** Maintain optimal performance of all computer systems and equipment, as well as telephony systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), Voice and Data Network. In addition, propose and update programs that help optimize tasks performed using computer equipment; back up and safeguard all information stored on equipment; and monitor the security of institutional equipment and information. **Responsibilities** * Maintain optimal operation of all computer systems and equipment, peripherals, telephony systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), Voice and Data Network. * Update software and monitor optimal performance. * Back up and safeguard all information. * Manage network and internet access accounts. * Administer software and equipment. * Manage email accounts. * Perform preventive maintenance on all computer equipment. * Monitor proper CCTV operation. * Monitor operation, growth, and security of the data network. * Implement security measures to prevent intrusions into the network (Voice and Data). * Provide staff support to resolve questions or issues related to software and hardware. * Provide support and follow-up during procurement processes for computer equipment and new technologies. * Implement measures to prevent misuse of computer equipment and unauthorized access to websites not essential for organizational activities. * Key Responsibilities * Support and troubleshooting for computers and printers * User administration (Active Directory) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment (PCs and laptops, hardware and software) * User support * Documentation and use of ticketing tools * Contpaqi Systems support **Experience and Knowledge** * Experience providing technical support for Contpaqi Systems. * Experience providing technical support for IT infrastructure. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field (completed or incomplete). * Proficiency with tools such as command line, PowerShell, Active Directory, among others. * Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (IP addressing, routing). * Written and oral communication skills in English (ability to read and comprehend guides and tutorials). * Minimum 6 months of experience with remote technical support tools. * 6 months to 1 year of Level 1 technical support experience. * 6 months to 1 year of Level 2 technical support experience (preferred but not mandatory). * Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10; Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016. * Basic knowledge of iOS, Mac, and Linux. * Preventive maintenance of personal computer equipment and printers. * Basic networking knowledge. * Experience: * Installation and administration of networks: 1 year (desirable requirement) * Administration of systems and software: 1 year (minimum requirement) * Education: Incomplete or ongoing bachelor's degree (desirable requirement) \* **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $15,000 MXN (net) * Weekly payment * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
