Grupo BACHOCO is seeking a Services Supervisor with experience in comprehensive management of refrigeration and water treatment systems. Responsibilities include supervising and managing operations related to facility audits, boiler maintenance, refrigeration systems, and water treatment. In-depth knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations, as well as solid experience in occupational safety management, is essential. The candidate must be capable of coordinating and supervising teams of specialized technicians, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards. Required experience includes preventive and corrective maintenance management, and supervision of water treatment processes. Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems, along with leadership and effective communication skills, are key requirements for this position. This is an on-site role requiring regular travel to facilities under supervision. The Services Supervisor is expected to develop continuous improvement plans, implement new processes and technologies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize safety risks.
