Quality Engineer

**Job Description:** At Foxconn Platform, we are seeking a Quality Engineer with an analytical and proactive mindset to ensure that our manufacturing processes and final products meet the highest standards of excellence. You will be responsible for implementing quality controls, managing audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee the complete satisfaction of our global customers. Key Responsibilities: * **Process Control:** Develop and maintain control plans, inspection instructions, and acceptance criteria for production lines. * **Failure Analysis:** Lead problem resolution using root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) in response to customer complaints or internal failures. * **Quality Assurance:** Oversee compliance with **ISO 9001** (and ISO 14001/IATF 16949 as applicable) standards and actively participate in internal and external audits. * **New Product Introduction (NPI):** Collaborate in the validation process for new projects, ensuring quality requirements are integrated from the design phase through ramp\-up. * **Supplier Management:** Evaluate component supplier performance and manage non-conforming materials (MRB/RMA). * **Continuous Improvement:** Use statistical tools (SPC, CPK) to identify process variations and propose preventive actions. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the electronic manufacturing industry. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in quality tools (Core Tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA). Experience with SAP and advanced Excel. * **Language:** **Intermediate English**, capable of communicating and understanding technical language.
