Job Summary: Purchasing Analyst to manage raw material procurement, transportation coordination, supplier contract management, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluates suppliers, conducts inventory counts, and prepares expense reports Company located at the Juarez/Guadalupe border, engaged in manufacturing, seeks: Purchasing Analyst Main Responsibilities: * Plan and execute the procurement process for raw materials and other supplies required for production. * Issue, manage, and track purchase orders to existing and new suppliers. * Coordinate material transportation. * Ensure material supply aligns with production requirements and plant needs. * Manage supplier contracts. * Evaluate existing suppliers’ performance monthly (quality, cost, and delivery timelines). * Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and maintain up-to-date inventory records. * Organize and archive contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documentation. * Prepare reports on expenses and investments related to purchasing.
