Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervisor to lead the full lifecycle of industrial projects, from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with standards and personnel supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise industrial projects at plants. 2. Ensure quality and safety standards in mechanical installations. 3. Manage and supervise project personnel. We operate four production plants in Mexico: El Carmen, N.L.; San Luis Potosí; Tlalnepantla, México; Mexicali, B.C.; and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. We are looking for your talent as:\_ **Project Supervisor**\_ ***Position Objective:*** Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Supervision, Control, and Completion of plant-based projects. **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Administration * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within industrial plants. * Mechanical equipment installation and execution of industrial projects. * Proficiency with machinery: hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, measuring and calibration tools. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings * Proficiency in AUTOCAD * Willingness to travel **Responsibilities:** * Review and supervise construction progress, both for contractors and plant personnel * Verify that equipment complies with design and engineering standards. * Supervise equipment installation according to engineering drawings and/or schematics. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Prepare progress reports for assigned projects. * Manage and supervise project personnel (technicians and administrative staff) * Prepare infrastructure budgets for projects. * Design process flow diagrams. * Design equipment layout drawings for installation. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Savings fund: 12% * Grocery vouchers: 10% * Year-end bonus: 30 days * Savings box * Excellent work environment * And other benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. ***Location:*** Carmen Plant, N.L. / Monclova Highway ***!If you meet the requirements, apply now!*** Salary: $35,000.00 – $38,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings box * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Machinery assembly and disassembly: 3 years (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
