You will work primarily with **Amazon and Mercado Libre**, as well as other marketplaces such as **Liverpool and emerging channels**. This role is designed for individuals who wish to **build their professional career**, learn e-commerce, and grow within a company selling in **Mexico, the United States, and Canada**, with plans for international expansion. Probation period The position begins with a **3-month probation period**. Upon completion, and **based on achievements, execution, learning, and results**, a **permanent position** will be offered, along with a salary review and bonus structure adjustment. Here, job stability is not guaranteed by seniority but by performance. Responsibilities * List and optimize products on marketplaces (titles, bullet points, attributes, images, and variations). * Analyze key metrics and propose concrete improvement actions. * Identify errors and opportunities in catalog, pricing, inventory, and content. * Coordinate tasks with design and marketing teams via clear briefs. * Deliver clear, actionable weekly reports. AI Training We provide training in the use of **Artificial Intelligence applied to e-commerce** (analysis, copywriting, automation, and content creation). It is **highly desirable** that you already know or have used tools such as **ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI platforms**, as well as basic knowledge of AI for image generation or content creation. Requirements * Functional-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Excellent spelling and attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks autonomously. * Genuine motivation to learn and grow. Advanced marketplace experience is not required if you demonstrate discipline, sound judgment, and learning ability.
