




Credit and Collections Data Entry Clerk Department: Administration / Finance Location: Tlalnepantla, Arboledas area Employment type: Full-time Job Objective Support the Credit and Collections department by entering, managing, and analyzing information, ensuring accurate payment application, accounts receivable follow-up, and timely updating of records in Aspel SAE, with efficient use of Excel. Key Responsibilities * Enter and update customer information in Aspel SAE. * Record and apply payments (bank transfers, checks, deposits). * Follow up on outstanding invoices and support accounts receivable recovery. * Prepare accounts receivable reports in Excel. * Reconcile account balances and assist in clarifying discrepancies with customers. * Maintain credit files (credit limits, terms, supporting documentation). * Support monthly closing activities for the department. * Coordinate with the sales department regarding payment follow-up. * File and manage documentation. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or incomplete technical degree / bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Credit and Collections. * Mandatory: Proficiency in Aspel SAE. * Intermediate Excel skills (filters, basic formulas; pivot tables preferred). * Knowledge of invoicing and accounts receivable management. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up ability. * Strong communication skills when interacting with customers.
