Leadership and team supervision 20\.000,00 (MXN)\-25\.000,00 (MXN) per month Job Description: We are seeking a General Accountant responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and timeliness of the company's financial, accounting, tax, and payroll information. This role is critical to strategic decision-making and compliance with legal obligations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities \* Supervise accounting records (journal entries, revenues, expenses, and general ledger). \* Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. \* Prepare and analyze financial statements. \* Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, DIOT, etc.). \* Supervise bank reconciliations and cash flow control. \* Coordinate relationships with external accounting and tax firms. \* Supervise payroll, social security contributions, and labor obligations. In-depth payroll knowledge is essential. \* Generate financial reports and analyses for senior management. \* Ensure proper retention of accounting documentation. ⸻ Position Objectives \* Deliver financial statements on time and accurately. \* Maintain 100% tax compliance. \* Achieve zero tax fines or penalties. \* Ensure timely bank reconciliations. ⸻ Required Profile \* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory). \* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role. \* Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, and payroll. \* Proficiency in Contpaq, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. \* Basic English.
