A prominent training firm is seeking talent to join its team as a CALL CENTER AND DATA EXECUTIVE This role is ideal for someone with call center experience, solid Excel proficiency, and who enjoys organizing information in databases and tracking processes (*This position does not involve delivering training courses; it provides administrative support to the department.) WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Education: Communication, Administration, Industrial Administration, or related fields (intern or graduate) Minimum 1 year of experience in key activities: **Key Experience (Priorities)** * ***Call center / telephone customer service:*** Solid experience handling customer calls; accustomed to working with performance metrics and adhering to processes. * ***Excel – intermediate level*** * Use of basic and intermediate formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, simple pivot tables, charts). * Preparation of reports for management and tracking of KPIs. * ***Database administration:*** Updating, cleaning, and validating data. Handling pre-structured databases. WE OFFER: * Direct employment with the company. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Hybrid model. * Work location: Lomas de Chapultepec and/or Polanco. * Monthly base salary: MXN $15,000.00 to $17,000.00 gross (taxes legally required to be deducted), depending on experience and Excel skills. * Statutory benefits. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
