**Date:** May 22, 2026 **Location:** Mexico, Mexico City **Company:** deloittemx **What does a typical day in this role look like?** As a Temporary Project Assistant at Deloitte, you will be responsible for conceptualizing/planning talent initiatives, developing and monitoring work plans, preparing various departmental indicators, administering organizational climate and development surveys, and coordinating and implementing talent programs and initiatives. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and areas of expertise. We are driven by making a meaningful impact in everything we do. **What qualifications are required to apply?** * Intern or graduate in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields * Experience in organizational development, implementation of talent projects/initiatives, internal and/or external HR consulting.
