Today, we continue to lead because we have a diverse, world-class workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the Role** --------------------- * Ensure proper implementation of new products and engineering changes in the plant, guaranteeing timely release to production, BOM accuracy, compliance with design, quality, and applicable regulatory requirements, and providing technical support to operations during NPI, ramp-up, and initial production phases. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Execute New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring correct design-to-manufacturing transfer. * Process and validate ECN / MCN / ECR, ensuring their proper implementation in SAP and associated systems. * Ensure Bills of Material (BOM) accuracy and proper release prior to production. * Coordinate and provide technical support during MCS, pilots, and initial runs, identifying manufacturability and quality risks. * Track and support temporary deviations (IPOSA / SDR / Variances), ensuring compliance with engineering and quality specifications. * Provide technical support to Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for resolution of product and process issues. * Analyze tickets, turnbacks, and discrepancy reports, converting them into Problem Reports (PR) or engineering changes as applicable. * Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements (UL, CSA, ETL, or other applicable standards) are met for new or modified products. * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and process optimization related to new product introduction. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field). * 1–3 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or NPI roles. * Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, blueprint reading, and engineering change control. * Experience or familiarity with SAP, particularly Material Master and BOMs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (data analysis). * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, capable of professional communication (mandatory). * Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and internal customer service orientation. * Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001\) and continuous improvement culture. **Although not required, preferred:** * Experience with Windchill and CREO Parametric. * Knowledge of chillers or the HVAC industry. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs to all our employees and improving them when necessary. * Gain peace of mind with our medical insurance * Advance your career with professional development opportunities * Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Program **Our Commitment to You** Our greatest assets are the experience, creativity, and passion of our employees.
