Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller with experience in food production plants to oversee accounting, implement internal controls, and analyze financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Financial analysis for strategic decision-making Controller **Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure proper execution of general accounting and monthly closings * Implement and strengthen internal controls in administrative and operational areas * Analyze financial statements and generate clear information for management * Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense variances * Ensure tax compliance and support audit activities * Standardize administrative and financial processes * Coordinate with operational areas (production, warehouse, etc.) for cost control **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance * Minimum 5 years in controller, accounting, or finance roles **with direct accountability for results** * **ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE IN FOOD PRODUCTION PLANTS** **Proven experience in:** * Full supervision of accounting and monthly closings * Implementation of internal controls and correction of deviations * Financial statement analysis for decision-making * Cost, expense, and budget control * Cash flow management * Tax compliance and audit support * Standardization of administrative processes **Essential:** * Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in the food industry * Experience working directly with operational areas **Competencies:** * Results-oriented mindset * Analytical thinking * Leadership and execution capability * Ability to drive change **Willingness to travel** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $65,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in food production plants?
