**Position:** Unit Manager **Area:** Operations **Location:** Xochimilco CDMX **Position Purpose** Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the pizzeria, guaranteeing compliance with the brand's established standards for quality, service, hygiene, and profitability. The manager is a direct support for operations in the **production** area (pizza preparation, counter service, and home delivery), actively coordinating and participating in the necessary activities to maintain excellent service. **Main Responsibilities** * **Operations and customer service** * Ensure compliance with food quality, service times, and presentation standards. * Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience. * Supervise and directly assist in pizza preparation, counter service, and home delivery. * Apply cleaning, hygiene, and food safety protocols. * Perform motorcycle deliveries when necessary. * **Administration and control** * Inventory management, cost control, and waste reduction. * Petty cash handling, cash audits, and deposits. * Achieve sales, profitability, and unit productivity targets. * **Personnel management** * Train and develop the work team. * Supervise compliance with roles, schedules, and uniforms. * Motivate and maintain a positive and productive work environment. * **Flexibility and multifunctionality** * Actively participate in operational tasks when necessary (pizza preparation, counter service, home delivery). * Adapt to different roles within the pizzeria according to operational needs. * **Compliance with regulations and brand standards** * Ensure corporate brand policies are followed in operations. * Comply with legal regulations regarding labor and safety. **Requirements** Valid motorcycle driver's license. **Experience:** 1–2 years in supervisory or managerial roles in restaurants, fast food, or retail.
