We are looking for a **PROJECT DIRECTOR** with experience in **Wind Projects**. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead, coordinate, and supervise all phases of development, construction, and commissioning of a wind farm, ensuring the project is executed within schedule, budget, quality, safety, and applicable regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and control the project lifecycle (design, permitting, construction, grid connection, commissioning). * Develop and monitor the project master schedule. * Manage the project budget, controlling costs and optimizing resources. * Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, environment, legal, finance). * Supervise contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts, technical standards, and quality requirements. * Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, financial, and regulatory risks. * Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and occupational health and safety regulations. * Report progress, risks, and deviations to management and stakeholders. * Ensure proper grid connection of the wind farm and obtain necessary permits. * Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation throughout the project. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Engineering degree (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or related fields). · **Approximately 18 years of experience in the energy sector in general (in any role).** · **6 years as Project Director in Wind Projects.** · **Proven experience in EPC or large infrastructure projects.** · **Advanced level of English (spoken and written).** · **Knowledge of construction and operation regulations** for wind farms. · Experience in managing EPC, O\&M, and grid connection contracts. · **Planning tools (MS Project, Primavera or equivalent).** · **Certifications valued: PMP®, IPMA or similar.** · **Immediate availability to start working.** Project start: **Nov/2025** · Availability to **travel**.
